    -If you decide to have the staging services, a detailed report will be given about recommendations to get the house ready for sale before staging day. Eg. painting, updating light fixtures, any repairs. These are recommendations only.

    Strategic staging of key selling spaces.

    Signature - From $3500

    Our most popular full service staging experience for the typical 3 bedroom home.

    Elevated - $4500

    A comprehensive staging experience for larger, luxury and more distinctive properties.

    All packages include a 1 month staging term, furniture, decor, professional installation, styling and removal.

    Final pricing is determined by property size, rooms staged, inventory requirements and logistics.

    EXTENSIONS

    1 month extensions priced at 50% of the initial staging fee. Longer-term extensions available upon request.

  • -How long is the home staged for? For as long as the seller/agent requires it to be staged. Typically the home remains staged until sold. (monthly fees apply)

    -What if the home sells within less than a month? Minimum rental period is 1 month. If the home sells early, there is no refund for the first 30 days.

    -What if my home needs to be staged for longer than 1 month? A 50% discount will be applied. Weekly extensions minimum.
