It all began in 2019, my husband and I purchased what we thought at the time was our forever home. It was an original 1970s bungalow with shag carpet. We renovated the home from top to bottom. We enjoyed a few short months of being done renovations and we ended up selling our house and moving to London, Ontario for work. We sold our ”forever home” with amazing profit after only 1 year of occupancy. It was then that we realized we were good at buying, renovating and selling homes.

Now in 2025 we can happily say that we are successful house flippers. We quit our 9-5 jobs in 2022 and have been full time flippers since.
